Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9940, an H-10S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the American Locomotive Company as number "9727" during May of 1916, renumbered "8006" in 1919, renumbered "9940" in 1951, and retired in February of 1959 after 40 years of service. Partially visible in the background is the East Altoona Coaling Tipple. ("Ken6264" B; #3 of 3)

The date and the location are not recorded.
