| Our hope was that the train was bringing outbound cars back to NS from Warren today. However, the plan was to take inbound cars to Warren instead, which would have the engine running long hood forward, something that AJ despises. Despite that, he said he wanted to shoot the railroad too badly to not at least chase for a little bit. So, thats what we did. Around 10 AM, a crew arrived and grabbed their Warren cars, along with some cars they would be taking to 20/20 molded plastics to switch out in town before continuing west. The New Era had recently just taken in two WEPX storage trains a few weeks prior to when we went on this trip, so as the engine grabs its cars off the main at Bond Street, it is surrounded by coal cars. |
