BO 2-6-6-2 #7518 - Baltimore & Ohio         
This massive 2-6-6-2 Mogul Mallet was built by Alco-Brooks in January of 1918 originally as Buffalo, Rochester & Pittsburgh #718. In 1932, BRP #718 was officially added to the B&O roster as #7518. In 1949, the loco was rebuilt into a simple class KK-5 unit. It served until being scrapped in March of 1953. Original specs - 57" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 23.5x37" high pressure cylinders, 37x32" low pressure cylinders, engine wt of 432,000 lb, impressive tractive effort of 80,000 lb.
