| NJT 4546 is on train 1109 at Waldwick, NJ 4/12/2023. The headlight is dimmed for train 1249 that is switching ends in Waldwick yard. A closer look will reveal that instead of the "Bombardier" name signifying that the ALP45DP was built by Bombardier, It now says "Alstom" signifying that Bombardier was acquired by Alstom. I wonder how NJTransit management feels about this as the PL42AC's and the Comet V coaches built by Alstom suffered from really bad teething problems causing NJTransit turning to Bombardier for the ALP45DP's, ALP46;s and the Multilevel cars. |
