Here is page one of a four-page article entitled "Improving Freight Service." It was published originally in the May 1957 issue of "Pennsy" magazine, page 8. Partial Caption: "In pre-dawn rain, Engineman W.E. Crofutt leaves Enola with BF-3." Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9524, an EF-15 built by GM-EMD in July of 1948, rated at 1,500 horsepower, and retired in May of 1966 after just 18 years of revenue service.
