PRR 1777, H-9S, c. 1955         
Coal Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide showing Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1777, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as an H-8B during January of 1911, rebuilt in Juniata as an H-9S in August of 1916, and retired in October of 1958 after 47 years of faithful service. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded.
