PRR 2210, EF-22, c. 1967
Mann. Here is an original 35mm color slide by an unidentified photographer that was taken near Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, c. 1967. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #2210 and two more units whose road numbers are not recorded. #2210 is an EF-22 built by GM-EMD in March of 1963 and rated at 2,250 horsepower. In this context, they're rockin' 'n' rollin' under the catenary with a manifest freight in the midst of a blinding snowstorm. ("PrrFan18n")
