| An interesting new visitor rests in the CN, former SOO yard, at Neenah, WI, on 13 Nov. '20. Some references avow that WC 15 was built in 1976 as AC 9606. However, the last number partially visible under the WC logo looks more like a 2 than a 6. AC 9602 was renumber WC 12 according to some references. The CN depot/yard office is the gray building beyond the caboose. The tan 4- or 5-story facility behind and to the right of that is 5K Fibres, 1111 Henry St., based in Greenville, WI. They purchased the former Kimberly-Clark Corp. (K-C) Neenah Nonwovens Facility ca. Apr. '20. |
