| Problem with painting the deck plate edge in white can be seen on this EMD GP38-2 loco - rust stains from the decking that discolor the white paint. Built in December of 1978 by EMD as one of 25 ordered by Grand Trunk Western, it served the GTW well and is still in service as of 2016 when it was last spotted in a Jackson, Miississippi yard.
