Another closeup view of the stately 1941 Lima built 2-8-4 Berkshire drivers and bird droppings while it was on display at Michigan State University. Originally it was Pere Marquette #1225 but absorbed into the C&O roster in 1947. Now it is the famous "Polar Express" loco as it served as the prototype for the Disney movie.
