A westbound-to-northbound transition oil can in the middle of the 'new' Vancouver Center Yards by-pass lane skirted, snaking, and s-curving all along the eastern border of the various yards and service areas of Vancouver Center. (Headed toward my position on the 39th Street auto-over-pass/bridge. The fence just to his starboard aft is the usual 'shooting fish in a barrel' location for the holding corral power units (a handful currently lined up on the western holding track). |
