Jacob Lyman	General	Thanks. I got EXTREMELY lucky to catch it at this hour. I woke up early and by chance happened to check my local online railfan group were I noticed that Train #5 was running this late. Of course my good fortune came at the expense of the Amtrak employees and riders on this train. Engine 137 wasn't working well on Soldier Summit. The delay on this train then caused a delay on train #6 as the two trains had to meet in Nevada to transfer a relief crew for the employees working the train since Salt Lake. When it arrived at California at Donner Pass, apparently UP had to slap an SD70ACe on the train to provide the help the ailing Amtrak 137 couldn't do.	6/16/2016 12:48:37 PM

Amtrak #5
A good view of the whole train consist for the California Zephyr; train #5. Normally this train travels at night, but a long delay allowed me to catch it at sunrise.
