| One of the benefits of running Steamtown trains on the ex DLW was that the station at Kingsley needed minimal structural work to get it in shape-the DLW built everything on the cutoff for the ages. One of the weekend excursions from Scranton arrives at Kingsley on a September weekend. Sadly, the DLW didnt build for the vandals, and several years after the trains stopped coming here, the building had been so badly damaged it had to be torn down. |
