Former LE&P, looking east
Looking east from the trestle, we can see straight to the point where the LE&P ran into the C&P (now the NS Cleveland Line). Notice that the track jogs in the foreground. This is where it assumed the position of the eastbound (southerly) main and left the position of the westbound (northerly) main. In the distance to the left of the track, you can notice a bit of a grade taking off. This is where the westbound main came downhill from it's "flyover" crossing the C&P. There used to be a decent sized trestle over the C&P that was removed as a part of Conrail's doublestack-clearance project in the 1990s. The eastbound LE&P main went straight downhill and into the C&P.
