CB&Q 4-4-2 #2565 - Chicago, Burlington & Quincy
This Burnham, Wms & Co "Atlantic" type locomotive was built in 1904 as #2709, a P-3-C class unit. In 1924, the CB&Q shops rebuilt this as #2565, a P-5 class with 78" drivers and developing a 210 psi boiler pressure. Date is approximate.
