Southern Railway SW1 1002 at Danville, Kentucky on September 7, 1985, Kodachrome by Gib Allbach, Chuck Zeiler collection. Number 1002 was built in April 1947 (c/n 4840) as Chattanooga Traction Company 4. The CTC was absorbed by the CNO&TP in 1969 and became part of the Southern.
