The two stub tracks and the through track in the background are part of the Effingham Railroad storage/interchange tracks with CN on the North side of the Pike Ave Overpass. The other tracks are part of the CN mainline and yard, South of the CSX/CN diamonds at Effingham Station. Note that all three cars in this photo are now wearing the yellow reflective conspicuity markings which all rail cars and locomotives will have to be wearing by March 2015.
