You bet it is. However, these photos are out of date; this was the engine on Saturday, and it was just unveiled today. The lettering is done, and the trucks are silver.

You do know that the State of Illinois Can sue your @ss for posting this, as the locomotive has not been officially unveiled. A Respondek employee said that you and one other person were specifically TOLD NOT TO POST THESE PHOTOS UNTIL AFTER NOVEMBER 1st!

Actually, we were told not to post these until after the engine was unveiled. The unveiling ceremony SHOULD have been back in early October. Everything seemed ready for that day, so I assumed that the engine was done by then. And I then posted these on the day it should have been unveiled.
