Allen Jenkins General The photo that tells the story! CR C32-8 #6612 was repaired with the flat-top cab used for the Dash-840B. Modelers have known this for years, this is the first picture I have seen. 9/23/2011 6:08:30 PM
Michael Desoi General The building behind the locomotives was a steel mill with a siding that ended in the building going northbound. It was rumored (dont know if it was ever proven) that teen age vandals threw the switch. I dont know exactly where the siganl for the switch was. Anyway the freight crashed through the other side of the building and into the dirt. There are no tracks where the engines are sitting in this picture 9/24/2011 7:20:03 AM
