Built in November 1978 as MP B23-7 2312 (c/n 42161) , it was renumbered to 4623 in 1980 to avoid conflict with new GP38-2's. It became UP 123 on March 14, 1991, retired May 14, 2007, becoming the core for UPY 2647. |
