This is a Railserve LEAF (Lower Emissions And Fuel) genset conversion. Railserve has been rebuilding these from various loco models since 2008. There is more info on these units at http://www.railserveinc.com/leaf.html. They use a single Detroit Diesel DX370M 550hp genset.
