Tom Beckett General Superb shot!! This was already an endangered species in 1957, the years have only made it look better. I see some of the larger power has canteens, something that would become routine in the excursion era of the 1980's, when lineside watering was done by a fire truck-no standpipes existed by then. But interesting to see they were used in regular service as well. Excellent album of a vanishing era, but one going out in glory, at least on the N&W. 8/7/2022 5:22:13 AM
