Description:  This beautifully streamlined 4-6-4 Hudson was the second version produced by the Montreal Locomotive Works for the Canadian Pacific starting in 1937. This one was built in October of 1937 and served until being scrapped in December of 1959. Specs - H1c class, 75" drivers, 275 psi boiler pressure, 22x30" cylinders, engine wt of 354,000 lb and tractive effort of 45,254 lb. This is a James Bowie photo.The class H1c, d & e would go on to earn the title "Royal Hudson" after transporting the royal visitiors around Canada during 1939.
