Description:  Byerly. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Fred Byerly that was taken in Buffalo, New York, on 11 June 1965. The photographer is not identified. Photo Caption: "Baldwin RS-12 #8109, 1200-hp, at Buffalo, N.Y." Coupled together (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #8109 and #8105. Both are BS-12AM's built by Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton in February of 1954 and rated at 1,200 horsepower each. This photo comes from a color slide set entitled "Diesels On The Pennsylvania" that's produced and distributed by Blackhawk Films of Davenport, Iowa (819-19).
