Title:  PRR 9627, AF-16, 1954
Description:  TRB. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by Bill Price that was taken at the Rockville Bridge near Marysville, Pennsylvania, on 28 October 1954. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #9627 and another "AF" Class unit whose road number is not recorded. Both were built by the American Locomotive Company. #9627 was built in December of 1951, rated at 1,600 horsepower, and retired in January of 1967 after just 16 years of revenue service. They're crossing the Bridge with a mixed-cargo freight train heading to the Enola Yards. The pedigree of the orange industrial switcher is not recorded. ("PrrFan18n")
