Title:  CIL 2-10-2 #606 - Chicago, Indianapolis & Louisville (Monon)

Specifics - L-1 class, 57" diameter drivers, 28" x 30" cylinders, a 190 psi boiler pressure, they exerted 66,640 pounds of tractive effort and each weighed 341,000 pounds. Www.SteamLocomotives.com & the Monon Technical & Historical Society lists this loco as being scrapped in 1947 but photographer T.W. Cassidy listed this photo as taken in 1948.
