This 1912 Alco-Schenectady Mallet Mogul is an impressive beast. It had 57" drivers and developed a respectable 200 psi boiler pressure. Looks like it has been sidelined in a scrap line at this date with its windows boarded up. It would be scrapped in May, 1935. |
