Description:  Westbound signal track, 2 NS Lehigh Line is displaying Aspect Approach-Steady Yellow over Steady Red, Name; Approach, Indication -Proceed prepared to stop at the next signal. Trains exceeding Medium Speed must begin reduction to Medium Speed as soon as the engine passes the Approach Signal, RE NORAC Rule 285. NORAC= Northeast Operating Rules Advisory Committee. The signal mast to the left of track 2 signal is for the NS Port Reading Secondary and where it connects to the NS Lehigh Line. 70-300mm zoom lens used.
