Album Info:Here are 11 photos of Pennsylvania Railroad steam-powered freight locomotives. All of them are annotated "Photo Collection of Harold K. Vollrath." Each photo also includes a road number, a date, and a location ~ but none of them provides the name of the photographer. I purchased all of these photos in a single eBay auction on Sunday, 17 March 2019.
