Description:  Glorious sunny day and some fine train action, starting with 11,000 foot CN Train 422 (behind engine 2222), waiting for a signal to depart the Port Robinson yard, then over to the more picturesque Lundy's Lane crossing for Train 422 after it left the yard.

Description:  CN Train 422 is approaching Lundy's Lane crossing with an extra-long mixed freighter. Today's consist had a few 'fallen flag' freight cars, including a long string of mostly blue Grand Trunk boxcars, Boston & Maine and Grand Trunk hoppers, plus a colorful collection of grain cars, an interesting mixed bag of tank cars, and an assortment of loaded autoracks and lumber cars.

Description:  After getting some fine shots of CN Train 422, I picked up my favourite CP loco combo on the scanner working a freight transfer at CN Southern Yard, so it was off to White Road, then Miller Road, for a couple of shots in the bright winter sunshine. All in all, a very rewarding morning.

Description:  After a long chase (I had to make sure that I got in front of this train after following it from Fort Erie, but then losing sight of it around Stevensville), so I headed way over to the Canal Bank Road overpass on the Port Colborne/Welland Border, west of the canal tunnel. Here CP 255 emerges from the tunnel, beside a long string of empty autoracks.
