Album Info:Here are 60 duplicate 35mm color slides of Pennsylvania Railroad diesel-electric locomotives. All of these photos are from the collection of Mr. Fred Byerly, and come from a color slide set entitled "Diesels On The Pennsylvania" that's produced and distributed by Blackhawk Films of Davenport, Iowa (819). All of the slide mounts provide a locomotive road number and a location, but almost none of them are dated. I purchased all of these slides in a single eBay auction on Thursday, 20 September 2018.

Both are EFS-17M road switchers built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,750 horsepower each. #3808-B was built as number "7183-B" in November of 1957 and renumbered "3808-B" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger. #7269 was built in December of 1959 and was the very last GP-9 purchased by the PRR.
