Title:  CIM 703 - Chicago & Illinois Midland
Description:  Built by Lima in March of 1931 (bldr #7585), this Santa Fe-type 2-10-2 was a class H-1 and served the CIM unitl being scrapped in 1955. Note the logo on the tender instead of the large number which appeared much later on the CIM. No photographer listed.

Description:  Nice example of a 1929 Baldiwn built Santa Fe-type 2-10-2, a G-2 class loco. It served the CIM until being scrapped in 1955. No photograpaher listed.

Description:  Here is an example of a 1917 Alco-Brooks built Santa Fe-type 2-10-2 sitting in the Peoria yard. Originally built for the Wabash as their #2514, it was purchased by CIM in 1941. The unit lasted until being scrapped sometime between 1952-55 when the CIM dieseliaced. No photographer listed.

Title:  CIM 704 - Chicago & Illinois Midland
Description:  Originally built for the Atlantic Coast Line by Baldwin in 1925-26, this loco was purchased by CIM when they needed more power. It was renumbered in 1952. Note the ACL Vanderbilt tender which was later replaced with a larger NYC style tender. This was a class H-2 and renumbered to 751 in 1952. It was finally scrapped in December of 1955. No photographer listed.

Description:  Built by Baldwin in 1925-26 as ACL 705, it was purchased by the CIM in 1951 to fill a power shortage on the line. The H-2 class Santa Fe-type loco was renumbered to #755 later in 1952 and served until being scrapped in 1955. No photographer ilisted.
