My helper picked up these five SD45's in Bozeman after they went over as PA (power assist) units on various trains. The 332 and 319 have only been in service for 1 week in their brand new paint and already the 332 looks like a regular helper. The 319 was the west leader most of the week and managed to dodge the grime and still has a shine. Thanks to my wife for getting this shot as I came in on this helper on the back of the M-SPOLAU with this huge (cool) consist. |

NREX 2020 testing on the 841 local as it comes down Bozeman pass into Livingston. The engineer told me that it was a good unit, but not powerful enough to be on this job and running over the pass. The grade at the tank farm at Logan is a bit challenging for it as well while doing switching there. |
